eMotion HR allows its users to store, manage, and retrieve essential components of the 201 File.
Contained within the HR Modules are the Core HR Components for Payroll and the expanded 201 File Database. Within the Core HR Components are basic employee information such as Government
ID numbers, position details, salary information, and company movements. Within the expanded 201 File Database are employee records and histories for Employment, Education, Medical Results,
Trainings, and Violations. Other components of the expanded 201 File Database are employee job applications, digital documents, and contact information. |
